I love date night. We recently moved out of the city, but we definitely try to come back as much as possible and go back to our favorite restaurants. Like I said before, San Francisco is a little cold sometimes, but this week was really nice – even late at night. I was excited that I didn’t need a jacket or coat, so I decided to wear:

Hola!

Today’s post is about being comfy, chic and warm at the same time. Living so close to San Francisco, it’s amazing that I get to go up all the time and enjoy everything I love about SF. But, like we know, San Francisco has different weather throughout the day. Some days it’s cold in the morning, warm at midday and windy at night. It’s always good to be ready for that, so I always bring a coat or a jacket with me.

Feeling so thankful for the rain – we really need it. I love rain – it is so romantic and beautiful. My husband, dog and I love going on walks when it’s raining, and it’s the perfect time for a cute umbrella and rain boots!!

The umbrella was a present from one of the most amazing friends I have. He heard it might rain at my wedding, so he decided to go and buy umbrellas for me and all my guests! He is the best!!!

Happy International Women’s Day!

My post for the day is about confidence and feeling happy with how we look with or without makeup. For me, this is a really important topic. I see so many young girls suffering because of media advertising and wanting to reach a goal that it is not even real. We have to learn to love ourselves and know that we are enough – actually, more than enough.

In the last couple of years I have come to realize what’s important in life for me. I know I’m not perfect, but to be honest, I don’t want to be, and I have realized that what I like the most about me are my imperfections because they make me who I am. I am in a good place in my life – starting new beginnings and focusing on my life and on my future. My little family is everything I could ask for and they make my heart smile every single day. Today I’m starting a new chapter with myself. I want to learn to live life even happier than I do and to live stress free. Letting people be and letting them go, stop over thinking and just doing things. Forgiving, and more importantly, forgetting. Loving like I know how and stopping to smell the roses.

Mornings = exercise

For me, mornings are the best time to go on a walk, a hike or to take Lobo (my dog) to the park or the beach – specially Monday mornings. To be honest, it is not all about the exercise, even though I really want to do it more often. It’s about my activewear too – haha, yes I am one of those girls that LOVES activewear. Probably a little to much – I could were it all day every day. One of my resolutions for new years was to only wear activewear if i was actually being active, haha. It’s just so comfy and cute and all the bright colors make me happy. This Monday I decided to wear my:

Lazy Sunday

I LOVE a good lazy Sunday where you have no plans and you can go with the wind. We were pretty much lazy all day until we took Lobo to the beach – he loves playing in the water and chasing the birds. The weather was really nice; it was not hot or cold, just a little windy so I wore something comfy, but chic, that I would not mind getting wet or covered in sand.
